Érablière M.S.

The Érablière M.S. specializes in the harvesting and processing of maple water as well as in the manufacture of maple products.

Even as a child, Martin Jacques (owner with his wife Stéphanie Ouimet) drew the plans for his sugar shack. The plans, well kept in the drawer of his night table, were finally realized years later. His little boy’s dream was coming true!

Today, with his wife and a warm and dynamic team, they represent one of the most important sugar bushes in the Upper-Laurentians. Since the beginning, they have focused on the quality of their syrup. This impeccable quality results in maple products and cuisine that are distinguished by their unique taste.
